Oregon Youth Authority

The Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) organization provides public safety, reformation, and accountability to delinquent youth who are considered too dangerous to the public or to themselves to remain in the community. OYA institutional programs consist of Secure Youth Correctional Facilities, Work/Study Camps, and Youth Accountability Camps, along with residential treatment programs.  OYA Parole and Probation Services provide services and supervision for delinquent youth living in the community after a residential placement.

Oregon Department of Human Services Child Welfare Office

The mission of the Child Welfare office is to protect Oregon’s abused and neglected children and to provide them with safe and permanent families. The agency assesses the risk of abuse and neglect and intervenes when children are not protected. The Department of Human Services Child Welfare office works in a partnership with social service providers, law enforcement, juvenile corrections, courts, schools, and child advocates providing services for abused and neglected children.

Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare

Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare provides treatment for addiction and mental illness for Clatsop County. Individual, family, and group services are provided.
