New Manufactured Dwelling Permit - Permit Fee
The cost of the Placement of a Manufactured Permit Fee is based on the number of sections to the dwelling; single, double or triple wide installation. An additional 12-percent state surcharge and 3-percent technology fee is required.
Plan Review Fee
Manufactured Dwellings do not need a Plan Review. However if the foundation will be over 2 feet in height, a foundation plan review and separate building permit will be required. Plan review fee is 75 percent of the calculated building permit fee and is due at the time of submittal.
