These shelters open when the weather becomes cold with specific hours of operation. They are NOT OPEN on a regular basis.
DAYTIME Warming Shelter
- LiFEboat Services in Astoria - Provides a daytime warming shelter 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
EVENING Emergency Warming Shelters - Services provided from 7 p.m. - 8 a.m. each night.
SEASIDE Warming Center
1530 S. Roosevelt Drive. Case managers will be on site from 7-9 p.m. each night to refer people to services.
