April 29, 2022 (Astoria, OR)  —   Today Clatsop County Public Health released a brief anonymous online COVID-19 community survey in English and Spanish.

“It’s been more than two years since the pandemic started and we want to get a pulse on how our community feels about COVID-19, vaccines and boosters,” said Margo Lalich, interim public health director.

Lalich encourages each family member to separately take the survey, which will take three to five minutes to complete. “Do not complete the survey more than once yourself but you may help others complete their survey,” she said. The last day to complete the survey is Monday, May 30. Survey results will be shared with the community.

“We appreciate people taking the time to complete this survey. The responses we receive from the public will guide us as we move forward on our COVID-19 efforts as well as future Clatsop County public health initiatives,” Lalich said.

The survey is live through May 31.
