PASSPORT CARD: $30 check or money order only payable to US DEPARTMENT OF STATE - Checks and Money Orders must be made out for the CORRECT amount or it will be refused.
- $35 cash, check or money order for the processing fee payable to CLATSOP COUNTY CLERK.
- PASSPORT BOOK: $130 check or money order only payable to US DEPARTMENT OF STATE - Checks and Money Orders must be made out for the CORRECT amount or it will be refused.
- Minors (younger than 16) valid for 5 years:
- PASSPORT BOOK: $100 check or money order only payable to US DEPARTMENT OF STATE - Checks and Money Orders must be made out for the CORRECT amount or it will be refused,
PASSPORT CARD: $15 check or money order only payable to US DEPARTMENT OF STATE - Checks and Money Orders must be made out for the CORRECT amount or it will be refused.

- PASSPORT BOOK: $100 check or money order only payable to US DEPARTMENT OF STATE - Checks and Money Orders must be made out for the CORRECT amount or it will be refused,
$25 fee assessed for returned checks
