Original 1980 Land and Water Development and Use Ordinance
The Land and Water Development and Use Ordinance 80-14 is the original ordinance adopted by the Board of Clatsop County Commissioners on September 30, 1980. The ordinance was amended June 17, 1981. The Standards Document is used with Land and Water Development Ordinance 80-14 that provides additional standards for development. Land and Water Development and Use Ordinance 80-14 refers to the Standards Document when the letter “S” appears before a section number.
The standards document was adopted with the original Land and Water Development and Use Ordinance 80-14 on September 30, 1980. The first amendment to this document occurred in March 30, 1981, as indicated on the cover page and is included with this document. This document covers the time period from September 30, 1980 to March 30, 1981.
