Prior to opening, ensure that you have checked with local representatives from planning, building and fire departments. Please contact representatives from the city that your restaurant is located in or the county if your restaurant is located outside of city limits. In addition to these officials, please review other requirements and recommendations related to your business including liquor licensing, occupational health and safety, and fats oil and grease (FOG) programs.
