Clatsop County Mental Health Treatment Court Program Graduation Ceremony

What:          Clatsop County Mental Health Treatment Court program graduation ceremony. This program is designed to help participants develop skills to reduce recidivism. By addressing risk/need factors, it effectively reduces the participants going back into custody as a result of any type of probation violations.

When:         10 a.m. – 11 a.m. Friday, October 20
