Within the heart of every stray
Lies the singular desire to be loved.

Clatsop County Animal Control and Shelter provides care and protection for hundreds of homeless, unwanted, abandoned and abused or neglected dogs and cats.  We respond to complaints of stray or nuisance dogs and to reports of animal abuse in the unincorporated areas.  We find new loving homes for dogs and cats.  We issue licenses for dogs and other pets.

Read our 2007 Annual Report.
