Scheduling an Appointment

Appointments are held in person, Monday through Friday. Walk-in clients may be able to receive help if there is time available, but it is best to make an appointment. This is to ensure adequate time is being spent with every veteran and their claim.

We can assist the veteran or family member with applying for benefits through the Federal and Oregon Departments of Veteran Affairs. This includes service-connected disabilities, non-service-connected pensions, healthcare applications, education, and appeals. We can also assist in in requesting service treatment records, official military personnel files, and discharge documents.

The merits of every case are unique. We are here to advocate for you by helping determine if you are eligible for a given benefit and claiming the benefits for which you are eligible.
